Beating ourselves up, blaming ourselves for
things outside of our control, and dragging ourselves through depression
and defeat are things we need to stop doing. You cannot begin to get
better until you STOP beating yourself up. You don't deserve to do this
yourself. Think rationally: why should your own thinking hurt you???
